The Swanson Family
It as a gorgeous morning, it also happened to be crazy hot and humid! Steve, Sarah, Tatum, and Diesel were troopers and didn’t let the 100+ degree weather faze them.
I had been admiring this abandoned farm from afar and knew Sarah, and the rest of the family would love it, and they did!
We had a great time walking around and finding great spots to take photos.
I can’t believe how grown up the kids are!
I am glad we braved the heat, and I was able to capture some beautiful photos of the Swanson family!
The Davis Family
It was a beautiful Sunday morning, and I couldn’t wait to meet the Davis family at the Maple Grove Arboretum. I can’t believe how much the boys have grown in the past year! Elijah is still a great big brother who eats, sleeps and breathes baseball. Dorian is a sweet little three year, who loves M&Ms and has a million different smiles. And then there is Vincent! He may the littlest, but I have a feeling he is going to give his big brothers a run for their money very soon!

I am in love with this photo!
I love the way Vincent is looking at Elijah……makes my heart melt.
All the guys!

The Krentz’s & The Family Farm
I always have a handful of locations in mind for sessions, but I love when a client has a special place in mind. Alexis wanted to have their family session at her family farm, and of course, I was thrilled.
For those of you that don’t know me very well, my first love with the photography is portrait; my second love is landscape. Put me in front of an old barn or building, and I am in heaven. So, when I get to combine my loves, I am a happy camper!
The family farm was beautiful, everything I hoped it would be. We first headed out to the old pasture and the rolling hills and tall grass – aww, happy girl! It was a gorgeous backdrop of some family photos. We have a great time walking around and exploring.
Gabrielle and Sophia had fun running around, and I had fun chasing them. We had a fun time finding little spots all over the farm to include in the photos.
The Sanders Ladies
I was thrilled to have had Ashley, and Jess asked me to capture their family photos! Many moons ago, I won’t say how many; I photographed Ashley and Jess in an outdoor winter couples session – I still remember hearing Jess’s teeth chatter! It was great to see them and get caught up – a lot of changed!
The Anderson Family
One great thing about photography is that you get to meet new people! This is my first session with the Anderson family, and I must say they rocked it! I met Robin, Wade, Brianna, and Alexa on a gorgeous Sunday afternoon at Centennial Lakes in Edina. The family was dressed to the 9s and ready for some fun. I enjoyed getting to know the family as we made our way around the park. I was able to capture some amazing photos of the family.
I LOVE walking photos!
I learned a lot about the girls – they are both active in sports and appear to always be on the go! Sisterly love
Alexa had me laughing the entire session – she should look into being a comedian.
Brianna loves playing softball!
Aww- love this photo.
I had a wonderful time getting to the Anderson family and hope they have a wonderful holiday season!
The Phillips Family
Happy Fall – aren’t the Fall colors were gorgeous? It was cold and Dawson wasn’t very happy about that. It would be sad, if he wasn’t so stinking cute! One of favorites photos from the session is Della and David – mean muggin’!
